Trailhead- Salesforce

Once again, welcome to my blog. In this week’s article, I am going to tell you all about Trailhead, a brand-new, totally free online learning resource provided by Salesforce.

I investigated this platform, and during the past week I was able to take a lot of courses and modules to improve my learning. I will share with you what I took away from some of the modules I took.

The first one I took was “Einstein Discover”, in a no-code, quick-iteration environment, Salesforce Einstein Discovery enhances your business insight with statistical modelling and supervised machine learning. Einstein Discovery allows you to find, expose, and display insights in your company data, and make future predictions and offer suggestions for improving them in your processes. A set of performance indicators, parameters, forecasts, and data insights make up an Einstein Discovery model. Your models aim and the information you have gathered for it serve as the foundation for the model you build using Einstein Discovery. No coding or machine learning expertise is necessary.

The next module that I took was called “Get to know Cybersecurity Role”. This one was particularly interesting for me, and it is very topical in today’s environment. Teams working on cybersecurity may be one of your company’s most effective operational and financial instruments for reducing the cost of security concerns. According to the trailhead module, Professionals in the field of cybersecurity who are well-rounded require both technical and managerial abilities. Cybersecurity specialists excel at fostering relationships with coworkers and clients while safeguarding digital data.  Professionals in cybersecurity combine their desire for secure systems with their aptitude for making the connections between the technology, procedures, and laws required to safeguard sensitive data. This combination generates original solutions that protect enterprises. Some day-to-day activities of a cybersecurity professional include working with multiple teams, understanding the role of computers and other devices in criminal activity, implement cybersecurity protections and cultivate cybersecurity awareness that is just to name a few. There are many different cybersecurity roles such as a Threat intelligence Analyst, Security Operations Engineer, Application Security Engineer, and a Cybersecurity architect. Each role has a unique skill set and a specific role to play in an organization's security, which I learned about during this module.

As you can see, I gained quite a bit of knowledge from the modules on Trailhead, and I plan to keep learning because it is a very useful tool. You can narrow the search to a topic or job role that interests you, and you then choose modules from there. You can gain points for each module you complete by responding to a few brief questions at the end of each module.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog, come back next week for another exciting article! 😆
